Rates
Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA)
$145
The clinical assessment will be completed for each new client, this will allow the therapist to gather relevant information needed to develop an informed treatment plan. This initial appointment can last 50-90 minutes.
Individual Therapy 50-60 Minute Session
$135
During the first session, the therapist will review the treatment plan and established goals to be worked on during therapy. Following session will be used to work towards goals or address any distressing life situations that the client needs assistance with.
Couples & Family Therapy 50-60 Minute Session
$150
Couples and Family Therapy can be conducted with all the participating members at once or each person can have their own individual therapy with designated days to come together as a couple/family in a conjoint session.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider with the following insurance panels:
- United Behavioral Health

I am currently considered an “out-of-network provider” for all other health insurance plans. This means that if we work together, you will be required to pay for services in each session, and I can provide a superbill which you may use to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, however, I cannot guarantee whether your insurance company will provide reimbursement. It is important that you find out exactly what mental health services your insurance policy covers. If you have questions about your coverage, be sure to discuss them with your plan administrator or your human resources officer.
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Fees are due upon scheduling of appointment. Appointments must be canceled/rescheduled with at least 24 hour notice in advance to avoid paying session fee.
